Game Stop might not be the most perfect store, and we’ve come across more than one bad story from customers’ point of view. But, in this case the poor employee was the victim.
Dealing with frustrated or downright angry customers is unfortunately a normal part of the job when you work in retail. But having people be totally unreasonable, such as asking for a refund for a 5-year-old used product, is not normal. To then have said product thrown at you, well that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
