We’ve heard countless stories of people who work in Apple stores being rude and condescending to customers. But maybe sometimes, this perspective comes down to simple misunderstandings.
In this story for example, we have a feeling the customer felt annoyed by the employee’s reply, even though he wasn’t trying to be rude or unhelpful. He was simply explaining that this model of iPhone makes a certain noise when the flash meets the lens. After all, he doesn’t have the power to change the product.
