Why would it be a corporate decision to play music so loud people feel like they are in a club, when all they want is to shop for clothes in peace? You can’t really blame the poor staff here though. It’s not like they make any of the decisions when it comes to business strategy.
As long as they’re not rude when explaining why they can’t lower the volume, it’s not really a scarring experience. The earplugs is a good idea though.
