Body shaming is never ok. It’s 2020 after all, we know better by now than unnecessarily hurting people based on the way they look. But it seems like this particular employee didn’t get that memo.
There is nothing wrong with a size large, and pretty much all stores carry that size. So not only was this comment insulting, it wasn’t even true. This is especially obvious since this woman had been shopping there for years without having any problems finding her size.
