Facing challenging situations is a part of any job, but according to this former employee, things at their store were so stressful, their body immediately reacted in an extreme way.
It’s not like they didn’t want to learn, but they were hired for the position of visual merchandiser, and didn’t receive any training – unless you consider “getting yelled at” to be training. Eventually, the combination of what they called “terrible pay + terrible benefits + terrible management” made them quit.
