A former Forever 21 manager brought light to why it can be so difficult to shop in their stores. According to them, the company direction is to “pack those racks as much as possible.” No wonder people complain it’s hard to move the hangers when you’re browsing through the items…
And if you do find something you like and manage to get it off the rack, it’s a real challenge to put it back if you change your mind. Everything makes sense now, except for the parts that we still don’t understand – like, why do they do that, when it obviously makes the shopping experience less comfortable?
