This person who used to be a manager at Forever 21 is just “thankful” they don’t work there anymore, and they listed several reasons why they left and never looked back.
In particular, they were bothered by the fact that the company “expects 1 person to do the job of 4,” and it didn’t take long for new hires to realize this. In fact, they were out the door in about three shifts. OP said that everyday they felt like they were walking into a prison, and those are… pretty strong words.
