Many parents buy their children cars on their 17th birthday to entice them to pass their driving test and to be able to drive themselves around. As soon as they get this car, they’re excited to get into the passengers’ seat, and they do everything they can to get their license.
That isn’t the case for everyone, though. Three years after being given a Range Rover, this spoiled rich kid still hadn’t passed her test, and the car was just gathering dust.
