Some folks think that just showing up somewhere earns them the right to get whatever they want. This is, sadly, not true. Take the DMV for instance. We all know that when we walk in there, we have to wait in line for a short bit (or a very long bit) before we get to the front of the queue.
This goes for plenty of places, computer labs included. It’s not random, you just gotta wait your turn, hot shot. Oh, and while we’re at it, queue is definitely an English word.
