Some of the easter eggs that appear in Marvel movies are completely obvious references to certain things; others are more mysterious, seeming to hint at things going on behind the scenes that we as viewers aren’t aware of. The multiple appearances of the Ten Rings logo seems to be in that second category.
The logo can be seen in tattoo form on a man from the movie Ant-Man, which might just be a subtle way of indicating that the Ten Rings terrorist organization is still at large after being struck down by Iron Man.
