At this point, it’s fair to wonder how Scottish wildlife has been finding all of these humans running around. Well, we know for a fact that they’ve made at least one feathered friend. Meet Russel Crow, a bird they found limping around in their yard.

Despite his furious attempts, Russel couldn’t seem to take flight, so he hung around and munched on breadcrumbs and green peas. The gang also supplemented his diet with actual (healthy) bird food, and one volunteer even built him Jameswood II – a near-exact replica of the main house – for him to live in.
