Why was scaffolding so important to the project? Well, one example could be used to perfectly illustrate the importance, and the magnitude of the task facing this young couple. The beautiful front wall of the manor had seen better days.
The bay window on the front, for example, was in bad shape. About to topple at any moment, it might take part of the sandstone wall with it! At first, the gang thought the house sinking into the ground was the cause, but when they investigated they learned timbers from the roof were actually pushing it out!
