Troubleshooting electronics can be a really challenging enterprise. If you don’t have several years worth of technical knowledge, you’re usually better off just calling someone to come help you. Or you can just shove a fork into it and hope for the best. Your call. Both seem to be pretty effective. This person’s girlfriend took matters into her own hands when she saw that their TV lost connection.
She shoved a fork into one of the ports on the TV and then held that in place using a pair of scissors. And it miraculously worked.
