If marble isn’t your style, though, you can transform your kitchen countertops into something much more industrial instead. The end effect is awesome, and it will only take you a small amount of time and money to perfect.
To do this, you’ll need to strip off the existing top – which will probably be linoleum. When you’ve done this, spread over a light coating of concrete and allow it to dry. Then, sand it down and paint with staining finish for the full effect.
